Stephanie is a Los Angeles native fostering growth and connection in Southern California. She created this space to feed your curiosity in what it means to live your life completely and authentically for you. Whether it means connecting back to your self in therapy or in the mindfulness of yoga, her hope is to empower you to live a life that is unapologetically you.
She advocates that anyone can break free from stories and thoughts that no longer serve parts of them if they're willing to work on and work through past narratives and limiting beliefs, perhaps messages from power, abuse, grief, disappointment, shame, fear and doubt. There’s so much to rediscover, reimagine and reinvent every day when you begin to deconstruct this world's standards and expectations and instead, step into your own meaning and identity within.
Stephanie hopes you find inspiration and courage to get to know your Self through your work together. Her intentions are to make space for understanding, curiosity, and collaboration. She can't wait to witness what unfolds together in the process.
When she's not connecting with family, friends and new faces, she connects back to herself by soaking up the sun, getting lost in books, new cities, curating playlists, and spending quality time with her dog.
